Calling all Cottonwood Creek Scientists!
We are launching the 2021 CCS Virtual Science Fair.

2021 Science Fair divisions:
K-3 -- Science Exhibition and Participation Awards
4-5 -- Competitive Science Fair for CCS
6-8 -- Competitive Science Fair for CCS students who place move on to ACSEF
Requirements: Each division has different requirements; please review the posted information carefully.
Individual or Teams of 2 ONLY: Students can complete a project on their own or at most with one other student in the same division.
Forms: Each student must complete a Science Fair Application Form and must have a parent or guardian complete a Science Fair Participation Permission Slip online.
Science Fair Mentorship Program is for 6-8 grade students at CCS that would like to work with a volunteer science mentor from the community to assist them in developing their project. We currently have 22 students signed up for this program and do not have any more room in the program. Should more slots open up we will reach out to 6-8 graders who sign up for science fair to invite them to join the Science Fair Mentorship Program.

Please note the following important Deadlines:
Nov 8, 2020: Application Deadline for 6-8 graders participating in the CCS Science Fair Mentorship Program
Nov 10, 2020: ACSEF project proposal due for Early Submitters from the Science Fair Mentorship program
Nov 12, 2020: Application Deadline for all other 6-8 graders
Nov 21, 2020: Approval for all 6-8 Projects will be completed
Dec 5, 2020: Approval for all K-5 Projects will be completed
CCS Science Fair: Feb 5, 2021- Feb 7, 2021
